I’ve seen seventeen of those. Didn’t like them all. But we just watched ID4 for Easter… >_> Dumb choice, but it wasn’t mine haha.
I’m surprised you have Silence of the Lambs on this list
I’ve seen all of those, though. And most of them I’m quite fond of
I’m a little surprised to not see Forrest Gump on that list.
Great list! I need to rewatch some of these soon since some of them are on my top lists too.
I’ve seen 15 of these.
The 90s had a nice assortment of movies.
This is a good mix; classic adventure, romance, morality play, comedy, some edgy technical stuff, mythical & mystical content, spiritual dimension with afterexistence, the performing arts, different historical epochs, stories of action as well as manners. What’s the common thread? What some would view as that most tiresome of conventionalities, a moral dilemma & a moral compass; causes & people both matter; when it comes to hard choices, we don‘t stint one for the other. & above all else, a redemption. This cinema enthusiast says, props & accolades.
I would definitely have to throw Last of the Mohicans and First Knight up on that list.
Oh I LOVE Babe! My husband thinks I’m a weirdo, lol. Romeo and Juliet was pretty good too, I liked how they used all the dialogue from the original play.
10 things i hate about you is hands down my all time favorite movie ever!!
13. Sense and Sensibility14. Emma16. Center Stage21. Romeo + Juliet
Never seen those four. But all of the rest I have and really enjoy. Actually, I was in the room when some females made us guys watch sense and sensibility, but I was talking to another female friends who didn’t like it either, lol ;.) I have seen Pride and Prejudice though, didnt really like it. Not my style I guess.
