A pretty good day in the neighborhood
Who wouldn’t want an exciting weekend filled with sitting beside my beautiful momma, turning her pages while she plays piano for kids at NATS? Seriously…while it might not be my choice of ways to spend the weekend, it’s great to have such a great mom. I wuv her.
I taught most of these high school kids either at the middle school level for voice lessons, or have choreographed them in show choir. It’s amazing to see youth come to blossom; to see these children grow and form into young adults. Think of how Our Father feels watching us when we respond to His shaping. Lovely thought. So it’s almost 1 am, and I have to drive to Denton again at 7:30. Woohoo! Here I come, sleep.

Are you the beautiful bride? It is a fabulous picture, and I am enjoying seeing your comments. I wrote a blog tonight which some in the Christian community could be of great help with. It is a true story, and I do not have the energy to edit it now, but If ever a miracle is needed for a friend, then I need one now for my friend, Patty. I have never met anyone who has the Holiness of this woman, one who does not gloat over it, but simply shows it in every action. My book, “Pinkhoneysuckle,” tells much about the angels who appeared in my life in a very literal sense of the word. I am just now well enough to do a complete launch of that book. The first edition came out with a couple of really obvious errors, but they do not change the town of the book. It all seemed so unimportant as compared to the health of my friend though, and I came up on your blog, and I thought; This is someone who would get every thing which I just wrote tonight. Bless you, and if you ever do a book of your poetry, I do have a few tips to share. Blessings, Barb
Sounds lovely as you are.
Hope your week-end is wonderful too.
@mcbery – Thank you much! I am fighting I stay awake…not much longer, now! I hope I can get an early night tonight.
