Do you think there is a difference between standing up for ones faith and standing against someone’s beliefs?
I am considering doing a blog soon pertaining to some of these questions. I actually do not get judged by friends who are liberal but by those who are conservative. Example, I read a book by Brian McLaren and posted a a quote from his book. Then a friend comments about how he doesn’t like McLaren. I said that though I may not agree with him 100%, I think he is making Christians think. If I end up writing more in depth, I will make sure to tag you.
p.s. – though, I admit I dont blog much about homosexuality and abortion. I am still conservative in my beliefs but in my explanation, I would come across moderate I suppose. I guess, I just dont like being labeled. I feel like out in the world I am a conservative but in the church many might say I am liberal. Ug, life, ha ha.

great peace to be found in those words for me. Anyone who thinks they will not be persecuted for following Jesus Christ, really doesn’t know much about him, and the more we are “like him” the more we will be persecuted by the world….. I usually think of one other scripture when I realize how hard it can and will be……” even so Lord Jesus COME!”

This was the first chance I had to actually sit down and watch this without the kids interrupting I enjoyed it.
As a general rule, I prefer reading to watching video cuz I always seem to be trying to find time to do this or that. However, I watched yours all the way through and found it inspiring. You can add me to those who think you have a pleasant voice, and your warm personality comes through on video.
@dsullivan - Thank you. :) I tend to agree. I would much rather read than watch something. But it seems that so many people are more inclined to watch a video nowadays, and those are the people I would like to reach. Especially if I make a 5-10 minute video, that much written material would not be read by the average viewer.
