Feeling minty
I went to visit @Jenny_Wren ‘s church today…but unfortunately she didn’t make it! It was awkward because people asked me who invited me to the church…I had to reply I didn’t know her real name. Umm…they probably think I’m a weirdo with an imaginary friend. So I sat alone and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great church. I might show up more over the summer!
I got to wear my new impulse buy dress. LOVE it. We called three of our friends, but they all were already there. I’m really embarrassed.
The car will be fine, we just need to get into a shop Monday morning. It really just figures.

. I go to a local Nazarene church. What kind of church did you go to today? Is it hard finding churches in your area, or are you having a hard time finding a good one/one you feel like you’re led to stay at/or just visiting different ones to see what they are all about? Glad you had a good time either way 
. I feel like it’s so good to go. I kick myself because I am a pain in the butt to get up that early, but then I feel so much better surrounded by my family in Christ, you know?
Today I’m thankful for: a good workout
Today is awesome so far because: I got my computer back from my friend, I worked out, I went to church, I have a car, I’m relaxing at home now
I’m looking forward to: Dinner. We’re making pizza! I’m also going to call someone I haven’t talked to in awhile from my church at Eastern.
Today’s challenges: getting to church (which I did, fortunately), figuring out how to deal with my friends, dealing with my family, school

One helpful word, idea, phrase, or quote to inspire me today: My pastor, Keith, said something today about how we don’t need to know what our next steps are as long as we trust Jesus. So that is where I’m at right now. Trust and move forward, since I don’t need all the answers.

@Jenny_Wren - It’s okay! I wasn’t mad…just a little perplexed when people asked who invited me. I should have just played it cool but ended up talking to a bunch of people…heh. They were super nice. Thank you so much for the invite!
